Known as the first TV camera car at Bathurst in 1979 (Peter Williamson - 1st in class and 9th outright) and as the Chickadee Celica from 1980 (Graeme Bailey - 1st in class and 12th outright that year) it was and still is the most successful 2 litre Group C touring car in Australian motor sport. In 1979 and 1980 it ran 48 mm Weber carburetors and in 1981 it was upgraded to the latest specs for the car including Lucas mechanical fuel injection - see photo. The car has all the good gear including a 5 speed close ratio gearbox with Hollinger gears and is as raced at Bathurst in 1982. One owner since 1986 the car currently holds class records at various circuits and hill climbs in NSW and Queensland.
