Spectrum 011B Formula Ford

Winner of the 2008 Australian Formula Ford championship and the 2014 NSW championship.

Car has maintenance/cleaning done on it after every outing with basic work done by myself with the guidance of Synergy motorsport and all the bigger jobs / setup work done by Synergy.

The engine had a complete rebuild before the 2014 season and Trent Grubel did 6 rounds in 2014 and I have done 6 rounds and 5 test days since I have had it. Comparing the data from when Trent owned it to my last round at SMSP the car has not lost any straight line speed.

The shocks have recently been rebuilt by Borland racing with new valving to suit the Yokohama tire, they are Penske bump and rebound adjustable.

Gearbox had one of the selectors replaced last season, other than that has not had a problem.

The dash is a Motec SDL and comes with a few spares... 3 sets of wheels, 2 nose cones, left and right side pods, spare exhaust headers, spare muffler, 1 x front corner push rod/steering rod/wishbone set, 1 x rear push rod/steering rod/wishbone set, 2 x machined rear brake discs, spare clutch, 3 or 4 sets of practice tires and a box of gear ratios. I've only had to use the Wakefield and Eastern Creek gears but there would be at least another 12-15 individual different ratios in the box.

Car will race one more round with me at Phillip Island on 26-27 Nov 16.
