First raced by Jack Bono on 12 Feb 1971 and subsequently by Wolfgang Perjawa, David Medley, Cos Corey and Ian Peters. This is the only Elfin 600 ever built sporting a full width 'March' nose. It raced in this configuration in the 1971 Australian Grand Prix at Warwick Farm (see photo on p.358 of 'The Official 50 Race History of the Australian Grand Prix' publication.) This car has been faithfully restored to its original configuration following a complete chassis up rebuild. It comes fitted with genuine Elfin wheels, the original rear wing and mountings, cold air box, Elfin steering wheel, Elfin suspension, steering rack, radiator. It has a Ford to Hewland adaptor, drive shaft etc. plus a new windscreen. It is painted in the original pale blue livery and signage of 1971. (photos of the rebuild are available on request) All Log Books come as part of this Rolling Chassis (no engine & no gearbox) Package.
