1996 Subaru Impreza RA GC8

Engine has been fully rebuilt and done minimal mileage with it being a track/competition car. Upgrades include: Omega pistons; uprated head-gasket; Steel Conrods; ARP bolts throughout; New crank; Baffled sump; New oil pump; Competition bearings; Rodger Clark manifolds; Full exhaust system ; Front mount intercooler; Large capacity alloy radiator; Gems ecu; 3 bar map sensor; Aqua mist water injection; TD05 turbo and Mild anti lag. Makes just under 350hp with it only weighing roughly 1100kg that makes this a very fast and nimble car.

Transmission is a 5 speed straight cut R&D dog box with uprated diff, quickshift and Klein blast plate. Gearbox just overhauled by elite transmissions in the UK, gears 2-5 including all new dog rings and clutch fitted at the same time. This is a serious setup and is a world away from a normal gear setup. Gear changes are phenomenal and the sound that goes with it.

New age Sti brembo 4 pots up front with grooved discs and carbone lorranie pads. Standard rear brakes, new calipers with mintex 1166 pads. Adjustable Eifel coil overs, K brace, Front and rear whiteline anti roll bars (pictured). Safety devices full cage with door bars. Rota force 17” alloys these have 4 Yokohama Pravda spec 2’s on them, these are just runner tyres.

Sparco bucket seats, Sabelt 4 point harnesses. Centre console ignition set up, anti lag and water injection controller. Omp quick release steering wheel. The car has just had a full service and a new cambelt. Lightweight, thinner window glass, wind up windows and aluminium body panel. All of which obviously bring the weight down to around 1100kg.

There are a few marks on the car, the worst being on the roof where the previous owner unfortunately had a quad stolen and pulled over the top of the Subaru. Please bare in mind this is a track/competition car and is not brand new, it has marks and bumps but mechanically is sound. This is perfect for NSSCC Twilight racing
