With enormous regret, after close to 20 years it’s time to pass this beautiful old girl onto the next deserving custodian.
She’s a very well know car in Victorian circles having been built by Ian Rankine and driven competitively by Richard Stanley. Based on a revised 1932 Triumph Scorpion chassis and fitted with a supercharged 1938 Wolseley 12/48 engine, Needham straight cut Morris box, new MSW 19 inch Motorsport wires, near new Blockley tyres and clothed in a stunning aluminium body in Price Birra colours. Absolutely one of a kind and stunning. Group Kb log booked and very competitive in the right hands. Comes with a purpose built enclosed trailer. Has recently had an engine rebuild and new brakes and lines. Incredibly reliable and amazing fun to drive.
My father and I have enjoyed many weekends away driving this old girl so it breaks my heart to have to sell her but my father is too old to drive her now and I will be relocating overseas as my youngest daughter is finishing year 12.
Am inviting offers over $35k. Please don’t waste my time with lowball offers. This is a one of a kind car that is always welcomed at any event.
