Engine
• Turbocharged Alfa 75 2.0l twin spark
• Block prepared with Glyptal red enamel insulating paint (seals casting). Block was in mint condition with no corrosion before the build
• Water galleries modified to give better head cooling (exhaust side)
• Head work - valve seats and faces machined, new guides, valves and seals, new Kent double valve springs and Cromo retainers, mild porting
• Darton Sleeves ductile iron cylinder liners
• Gaskets-to-Go custom metal head gasket (spares supplied)
• Billet Tighe Cams with variable cam timing delete
• Balanced crank with cross drilled 2 and 4 main bearing oil galleries with block and bearing mods to suit
• Forged light weight Carillo rods
• Custom CP pistons from SPS Dandenong CR 8.5:1
• Hybrid 2870RS billet wheel turbo with machined internal gate for proper boost control
• Dual port wastegate actuator with electronic boost controller
• Custom plenum
• Haltech Elite 1000 engine management
• Haltech ‘in-cockpit’ tune dial
• Haltech dash
• Platinum Series Haltech HP4 Igniter and MSD COP ignition
• Recently tuned on 98 RON fuel with 270hp at 12psi but can easily be tuned for 102 race fuel or E85
• Currently running a 7lb actuator spring and would run considerably higher horsepower with up to 18psi of boost
• Delphi / Rochester 75lb injectors

Body
• All rust (repaired with metal) taken care of prior to current paint (by the same owner). Guards were cut out, cage installed, paint rubbed back and freshly painted
• Alfaholics cage by Custom Cages with extra bars (extra side intrusion bars) made of T45 thick wall tube (can be certified with X bars and gussets). Designed for driver and passenger occupancy
• Alfaholics carbon bonnet, doors, boot lid, and front and rear guard extensions
• Plexiglass windows for everything except the windscreen
• Genuine GTA door handles
• Light weight carbon wing comes with the car but a front splitter is recommended before fitting

Interior
• Comes with 2 ‘race seats’ (not the current single seat)
• NACA ducts with cooling pipes
• 2 harnesses
• Very neat and well finished track car interior

Misc
• Working lights, brake lights, horns (Alfa), indicators, and windscreen wipers
