1974 Datsun 260Z

We have on offer a 1974 Datsun 260Z this is an early model whereby Datsun used the 1200 leftover 240Z shells (lighter than 260Z) being chasis number 861. This is an excellent example being a long term restoration where all body parts and panels have been replaced or repaired. Fitted in the resto is the longer chasis rails from the later 260z.The underside of the car is as shiney as the top. New glass, headlights, taillights and bumpers fitted and all stainless has been polished.
The engine is an L28 bored 1mm head replaced, ports polished, stage 2 cam matched to nos 38mm Italian Webers. The exhaust is Stuart Wilkins long branch extractors ceramic coated fitted to 2 1/4 custom stainless exhaust system. New JBW wheels I imported from England and fitted with new tyres.

The suspension has king lowered springs, new struts and new suspension rubbers fitted also new tailshaft. 4 wheel disc brakes fitted.
The interior has been done with retrimmed BRZ seats (originals supplied) new carpet kit and hood lining fitted.
