Motivated to sell make a responsible offer and you may end up with it in your shed.

Due to a change in circumstances and direction I have decided to sell my Ex Theodore-Racing Lola T332 Hu37 Formula 5000.
The car back in its day was driven by Brian Redman, Vern Schuppan, Bob Evans, Tony Brise and Alan Jones as well as others. The car has an outstanding history.
The car holds a Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Limited (CAMS) COD and has original logbook documentation.
She is in good condition with less than 5 hours of use in 3 years.
The car is built to exacting standards and to a high standard of finish, with no expense spared.
This is the ultimate in Historic racing.
Built around an Alloy tub or chassis with wishbone suspension that is fully adjustable.
This car was rebuilt using mostly brand-new components throughout and new chassis rebuilt from the original components.
The engine is a newly rebuilt 5.0 litre small block Chevy, with approximately 5 hours on it. Compstar rods, custom pistons and a Callies forged crank and was built with on expense spared, dry sump (twin scavenge) is fitted, with twin oil coolers. The heads are AFR CNC ported competition upgraded with bigger spring’s upgraded pushrods, retainers and upgraded Jessel roller follower’s, lifter and a belt drive timing kit was fitted. An ATI crank damper, this thing revs freely.
Braking is taken care of by 4 pot brakes. The fuel injection is McKay and fitted with a M8 Lucas M1 metering unit. I also have a Alan Smith injection system to bring the car to its original build spec. Its currently dyno turned for 95 unleaded and is about 556bhp.
Devastatingly quick on track. Sale includes a large amount of spare parts.
Performance is as you would expect from a mid-engine car with 550bhp and coming in at 740kg car, in the region of 6.5 seconds 0-100mph, and is geared for about 175mph. The car is built to be ultra-fast and ultra-reliable and is a real driver’s car.
To recreate this car now would cost over $340,000 plus as a built car. A full history with pictures is available and the car can be viewed.

Open to all reasonable offers and willing to trade for the right project and cash that reflect the car and its history and value.
