1975 Holden Torana SS

Well known 1975 Holden Torana SS Hatch (Factory SS) an iconic Aussie Muscle Race car, current owner 28 years.
Car has been built into a strong competitive race car, over last 26 years built and designed to run in a variety of race classes and recently in Touring Car Masters as the first SS Hatcback in the series as an Invited race car.
Current spec was designed for TCM and other classes such as Vic V8s (Podium Placegetter) QLD Tourers, Sports Sedans, Historic Sports sedans, Super Sprints , Sprints , Regularity, Tribute Racing, most recently has run in Major Historic meetings including Phillip Island Historics in invited class with 5 Litre Touring cars (Supercars)
Car has a great history over 26 years and has competed at numerous events including 3 x Bathurst Easter meetings, Historic Oran Park, Phillip Island, Eastern Creek Trans Tasman Festivals Muscle car masters,Winton Raceway, Wakefield Park Morgan Park , Lakeside, various Hillclimbs and 6 Time Speed on Tweed entrant Podium Finish)along with a summer Historic season in NZ Historic Saloon class as well as Dunlop Targa Rally.
Over 26 years car has been built into a classic race car , current build and spec is a Savy Motorsport 400 ci Chev race engine, Jericho 4 Speed Race box, speedway engineering full floating hubs ,fabricated diff housing, 31spline axles,Strange Engineering diff, Savy Motorsport custom 4 Link, Watts Linkage, Adjustable QA1 shocks all round, Savy custom brake hubs and Billet Brembos, car is fully rewired.

Dyno at 605 H.P. / 540 Ft/lb Torque
Engine is Dart Little M race block, Dart Heads , Jessel roller RR, Comp custom roller cam, Dart High Rise manifold with NASCAR 750 DP, MSD E curve ignition
Exhaust gases exit thru custom Savy Motorsport exhaust system
Engine is fresh and ready to race.
Interior retains original Dash and gauges plus upgraded gauges , electric start panel , twin thermo fans , new PWR radiator,Cams certified roll cage, cams Log Book 3D, in spec Race Seat and Harness, Strange Engineering Quick release steering ( Original SS wheel)
Currently runs custom Fiberglass Hood and Hatch but Original colour matched steel hood and hatch included
Wheels are Bathurst Globe style 16x 10 all round on Dunlop SP slicks and full set of NASCAR Steel wheels with Dunlop wets
This car has been well developed over 25 years into a real Australian classic race car, my intent was to make it a strong competitive race car and have a lot of fun along the way, it is now at a point where it is one of the Toughest SS race cars in Australia.
I am now a mature older driver and enjoy The Historic Meetings where it is always a Popular entrant with the crowds, but my age now dictates the it’s time for a new owner.

It really is a great Australian Muscle car that will compete in any chosen event and also be a lot of fun.
