I purchased this Excel 12 months ago when the opportunity arose for my 12-year-old Grandson via a Junior Development Program to compete in Open Sprints at both Lakeside & Queensland Raceways. Throughout 2021 & early this year he competed in various Short Course club events with the SCMS Club. His proficiency behind the wheel of this Excel evolved so rapidly that within 3 months he was granted a dispensation to compete in Open Sprints & the youngest ever to compete in the Noosa Hillclimb.

This car was such an effective tool in AJ’s development as a racer, it led to him applying for an age dispensation to be granted his National Race Licence with both RACERS & AASA which has allowed him to progress into racing a Toyota 86 in the Qld 2 Litre Production Coupe Series in 2022. He is the youngest ever to do so at 13 years of age, thanks to this Excel which is now surplus to his needs.
