Under the bonnet sits Nissan’s famed VQ35DE V6 engine putting out approximately 300hp and is in factory standard specification. Engine management is looked after by a Haltech ECU and air flow is improved via a set of extractors and sports exhaust system. Gear changes are taken care of via the factory six speed manual transmission that has been recently reconditioned.

The odometer reads an exceptionally low 23,000kms and the car has always been maintained to a very high standard.

The 350Z has been predominantly used for club-level motorsport (timed events) such as sprints, regularity and time challenge. Logbooked as a category 3 touring car, it could potentially be used for a range of rally events given its classification as a 3C RCO (Rally Car Other).

The factory suspension remains in place, enhanced via the addition of a front strut brace and Whiteline sway bar. Braking is taken car of via Brembo calipers front and rear with slotted discs to the rear. The wheels are five-spoke lightweight alloys wrapped in Yokohama Advan A050 tyres in 265/35/18 size.

Inside the stripped interior is a National-level roll cage (CAMS serial number 60104) and integrated fire suppression system. The driver’s seat is a Sparco Pro 2000 complemented by a Schroth five-point harness. An aftermarket shifter and pedal set round-out the interior specifications.

From an exterior styling perspective, the 350Z remains largely standard, save for the rear wing and black bonnet.
