This magnificent car was completed to perfection in a dedicated climate-controlled garage over the last few years.
It has it all!
• At 550hp and a little over 1000kgs it’s a weapon in style!
• It is a Factory Five Mk IV with full independent rear suspension, front wishbone suspension with adjustable Koni shocks all round
• The 347 Windsor stroker engine was custom built in the USA and produces approximately 550hp at the fly (475 RWHP). The engine runs forged pistons, hydraulic-solid lifters, high rise manifold, street/performance Cam for drivability
• Immaculate engine bay has fully mirror polished panels and is a sight to behold. PCV rebreather system to satisfy emission requirements.
• The powerplant is fed via a HOLLEY (ATOMIC) MSD II TBR Fuel injection system
• Timing and spark via an MSD 6AL electronic ignition with total integration with the Fuel injection system. The two combined provide an on-the-fly fully adjustable engine management system via the discretely hidden colour LCD master control unit
• Twin in-tank fuel pumps ensure constant high-pressure fuel delivery
• Radiator is fitted with an electric 16” SPAL Thematic fan, parameters adjustable via Atomic ECU
• Ceramic-coated headers lead via stainless resonators to fully live polished side-pipes. Entire exhaust system designed and fabricated by the same person that does the V8 supercar systems. Passes EPA tests at Idle/3000rpm - but stand back after that!
• High flow/High Pressure Moroso Oil pump and increased volume sump.
• The drive train is a solid Tremec TKO600 5 speed box with a high 5 gear for highway cruising.
• Clutch is American Powertrain with Hydraulic Lift-off and high-performance ceramic and connects via a short driveshaft to a Ford Racing 8.8” diff.
• Stopped by Ford Mustang brakes front and back. Delivered to 18 inches dew dish RR rims (US) running 315’s on the rear and 275’s on the front.
• Brand new semi-slick tyres
• Adjustable brake-bias via cabin-located valve
• The custom paint work is Audi R8 gun metal grey with AMG Alubeam silver stripes, beautifully contrasted by the twin Chrome 7/8 roll bars and chrome trim
• Front splitter fitted for added high-speed stability
• Interior is a fully custom tan leather, with seat warmers, push button start, keyless immobiliser, 7 in touch screen GPS, billet Alu isolator. The car is fully sound proofed with head shield and Dynamat under all the carpets
• Full engineering certification report provided as well as build manual and extensive documentation/receipts.
This car runs faultlessly and is as close to perfection as any Cobra out there. It has fantastic everyday drivability, with the savage nature easily on-tap the instant its needed.
