FJ Smith Race Cars (Canada) built.

This race car was bought new in 1998 as a Trans Am and sent directly to FJ Smith Race Cars Canada, it was a 'Body in White' from GM Racing sent directly to FJ Smith Race Cars, as the build plate shows the same year built as the cars Year Model also.
I am the second owner, original owner put 52 runs on it total since new, and it shows as the car is immaculate. Custom paint done in Canada. Imported to Australia in 2023, since then it has been upgraded, see upgrade list below.
This Pontiac is a proven car, ran straight. 4130 full cage, Super Stock /MP or /MS LEGAL.
This is not an old worn out race car with hundreds of runs.

Weighs under 2,000 lbs less engine/trans/driver.

-Billet handle parachute release with pneumatic cylinder (Bickel) and cable;

All of the above upgrades were purchased brand new last year.
Also comes with lots of other items:
-Two bonnets, the original lightweight factory composite Trans Am bonnet and another steel bonnet with hood scoop (not mounted);
-Rear end 35 spline centre with spool;
-Aluminium Tail shaft, 4130 u-joints, with 4130 yoke, by Inland Empire USA;
-another set of door trims (same custom upholstery as the seats);
-Custom satin car cover suit bonnet scoop and parachute in Red with Firebird insignia.
Probably more I've left out..

Weighs the following:
Rolling, with Strange rear end centre, chute & scoop: 1,950 lbs.
With SBC headers (supplied) and Inland Empire aluminium drive shaft (supplied),
weighs: 1,987 lbs without engine/trans/driver.
