2016 Audi RS3 Forged Engine

I’ve bought another car now so keen to move this on quickly.

Backstory :

I had intended to go large turbo with this build, hence the built forged bottom end, but a business opportunity and a new car has had me consider a change of direction to free up some cash.

Baseline car I’ve owned since new from Brisbane Audi and is fully optioned.

Engine & gearbox :

Brand New built/forged motor.
Under 2000klms on the engine.
Run in done and ready to go for the next person.
ItalianRP forged Rods with ARP2000 rod bolts.
ItalianRP forged 83.0mm 9.6:1 CR pistons with 23mm pins.
Machined block inspected, cleaned /decked.
Line bore and hone main tunnel.
Linished crank.
Modified main caps to suit 10mm studs.
ARP Custom aged625+ Main head stud kit.
ARP Custom 2000 series Main stud kit.
Rotating assembly fully balanced.
Measure and set bearing clearances, measure piston to bore clearances and set ring gaps.
Supply and install ACL calico coated race series bearings.
All new genuine gaskets and seals throughout.
All new genuine bolts and fasteners throughout.
OEM genuine new head gasket.
Cleaned / dismantled serviced head.
Re cut valve seats.
New valve stem seals .
Bleeding of lifters
Adjustment of all valves and spring pressures.

Leyo 4 inch intake kit.
Leyo oil air separator catch can kit with braided lines.
Hypertune front mount intercooler ( black ) with crash bar
GFB DV+ blow off valve.
Leyo throttle up pipe with 625cc meth nozzle.
Milltek catless dump pipe.
Milltek mid pipe delete kit.

Standard turbo and manifold. ( next person can decide what they want to do in this regard ).
All new fluids.
Re gassed AC.
10-40w synthetic race oil.
New competition spark plugs.
Brand new battery.

All engine works undertaken and Built by JHH racing and IT mechanical.

Circa $25k engine build.

Currently Etuners stage 2 + 98oct tune - 280kw / 530nm ATW
Snow performance Water methanol kit used for cooling. ** currently not turned on.

Aftermarket rear DBA 4000 Series Wave Cross-Drilled & Dimpled Brake Disc Rotors 310mm.
Michelin pilot cup sport 4s tyres.

Interior & exterior :

P6 OBD2 port gauge with custom air vent mount.
Snow performance water meth controller / gauge in custom air vent mount.
Apple car play upgrade kit to infotainment system.
Genuine audi black badges kit.

All servicing during warranty period by Audi Brisbane. ** has had the LPFP replaced, known issue on this model.

All performance works carried out by IT mechanical.
