Car is in fantastic condition and fully loaded.
The most powerful BMW ever produced at 460kW, 750Nm, 0 -100kph in 3.3 in standard form. Output easily increased.
Car is a recent stat write off due to water damage. Due to recent legislative changes in Queensland, cars deemed uneconomical to repair are classified as a statutory write off. As is often the case this was an easy repair.
Water damage has not reached or impacted any ECU, or wiring harnesses connectors. All connectors pulled apart as a precautionary measure to check and sprayed. Zero evidence of water ingress into electrics as they sit quite high.
Water damage to starter motor (as this is the lowest point on the car), caused the starter to jam in the throw out position and jam the flywheel, indicating seized engine internals. This was not the case at all.
Interior stripped out to ensure no damage to connectors inside.
100% functionality of all controls.
Replaced starter with Genuine BMW starter motor. Also conducted full service using genuine BMW filtration, and spark plugs. All oils flushed as a precaution
Car starts and runs beautifully with no errors or codes.
Drives beautifully, smooth shifting and instant power.
Body is extremely straight apart from top of the boot, but I can have this repaired if required as relatively minor.
Optioned with every conceivable feature inclusion of Sports seats – Ventilated and heated front. Heated rear. Black chrome and carbon interior. Display key etc etc. You will be hard pressed to find an option not fitted to this vehicle. Even the strip out to prepare race ready unit would provide high value, saleable items.
