1961 Elfin Zephyr Special. No.14 of the first 23 Elfin's ever made. Built by Noel Heard & Gary Cooper using a 2.6 L Zephyr 6 cylinder motor. Noel raced it in the 1961 Grand Prix. Won many hill climb championships, this is a great piece of Australian motor racing history. Noel completely rebuilt the car in 1998. The car has been used very little since. It is logged as a group M car with many photos & trophies. Sadly, Noel Heard is no longer with us but he was a wealth of information about the car

Comes with a Motec dash, penske shocks, an extensive spares package, including 3 sets of rims , ratios for all the key Victorian and 2023 Australian Formula Ford Series tracks, in car radio comms and head sets. Car comes with quick lifts, low stands, wheel alignment bars and various other spares .

Australian built F2 . Engine is a Renault 1600cc Gordini. Gearbox is a Hewland mk5. Need to sell as no longer used. Spares included tyres wheels engine block and pistons. Has a new historic log book.
