This is the ex Wally Mitchell (red) buchanan MG. body number #39
runs a shortened MG Y type chassis, Mg rear end and suspension.
Can be completed with different engine option depending on the period Mg 4cyl, MGA twin cam, Grey holden and grey holden with Repco head.
The car is currently a rolling chassis with most of the major components sourced. included a close ratio MG TC gearbox. The chassis is modified to enhance safety with roll over hoop and harness mounting points. Comes supplied with, various front end y type and mg drum for wire wheels along with wire wheel diff with panhard rod. 15"mga wire wheels, original petrol tank, steering rack and column, assorted gauges. Body is original with complete fixtures. The fiberglass body has been partly restored and requires finishing. All supplied parts require full restoration and assembly, and an engine of your choice suiting period spec.
The car has a CAMS approval in principal for its certificate of description. We have extensive history on Wally and its history, race results, photographs etc to complete the build.
