Payment Policy

With the purchase of advert, your advertisement will appear on the site for 18 months or until sold, whichever occurs first. After payment has been received, you will be sent a tax invoice and confirmation of payment email to your nominated account. Once payment as been received, the advertisement will be considered "live" and will be published to the website.

Refund / Cancellation / Complaint Handling Policy

If an advertisement was placed in error and you require a refund, we will happily assist with the removal of your advertisement and will process a refund accordingly. Please note that the cancellation of any advertisement (including the removal of a listing once an item has been sold) does not constitute grounds for a refund. Should you wish to contact us to resolve an issue or handle a complaint, we can be reached via info@my105.com. We will endeavour to get back to you within two business days.

My105 and Motorsportonline will:

All legal liability of images posted within My105 and Motorsportonline is to individual sellers.

Sellers are responsible:

  • for seeking authority to use images copyright to a separate source
  • and liable for any copyright infringement for using images copyright to a separate source without permission

My105 and Motorsportonline are not liable for unauthorised use of images.

INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL

My105 and Motorsportonline reserve the right to delete from its database advertisements/webpages containing inappropriate or misleading material (including photographs) deemed so by My105 and Motorsportonline. Advertisements displaying links to other sites will be edited to remove the link(s). Businesses unlawfully entering advertisements into private classifieds will be contacted and the advertisement deleted.
