This is a 1970's flat track bike with an OSSA Stilleto TT engine (also refereed to as a Dick Mann TT engine), these motors were produced for American Junior Class Flat Track with around 36 hp, I have had this bike for many years, unfortunately at 70 something I am not brave enought to race this rocket.
I was told by the person who sold me the bike that the frame was a copy of an Alstar, but I cannot confirm this.
Some years ago I removed the front brake and changed the rear manual disc caliper with a hadraulic caliper which is operated by a cylinder on the handlebars, all the old brake parts are with the bike along with a spare piston ring and head gasket
