1974 Holinger Gearbox Ford

Holinger 5 speed Escort/Cortina/Anglia dog engagement straight cut gears gearbox built in original ford housing. 5th gear is 1 to 1 so ratios are ultra close. (not overdrive like other car gearboxes). Gear ratios can be changed. Genuine historical component would enhance the value of any car. In perfect condition ready for race or fast road car. Only a handful of these gearboxes were built by Peter Holinger in the era. You can change gears faster than you can blink, no waiting for synchro rings to help you change gears, its unbreakable and you just bang it from gear to gear. You can install a pressure sensor on the lever so it enables gear changing without using the clutch.
