This vehicle is arguably the #1 Hillclimb Subaru in Australia. Winning 3 Australian Hillclimb Titles, 3 NSW Hillclimb Titles, 2 Qld Hillclimb titles and numerous club Hillclimb championships. Additionally the vehicle came 2nd outright for the 2021/22 Whiteline Tarmac Rallysprint Series.
Vehicle built by Blake Engineering, is a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX. Runnings a 450kwatw Deshelle built engine, currently tuned @ 341kw with bucket load of torque. EFR 7163 turbo, Haltech Elite ECU, wideband and dash. Process West inlet manifold and V-mount setup. Bolt in national specification rollcage with 2 x off Cobra race seats and 6 point harnesses. Vehicle runs full STI running gear with ADS built short ratio 6 speed, billet selectors, 20kg centre diff, Cusco 1.5way in rear, billet rear axles, STI hubs, knuckles and brakes. ABW widebody kit and a new spare ABW widebody kit with 4 x fiberglass doors and ploy windows not yet fitted will come with the car.
This vehicle has a spectacular racing history winning 2016 Australian Hillclimb Championship, IMP with lap record at Bryant Park Vic, then winning the 2019 Australian Hillclimb Championship, IMP with lap record at Mt Panorama, then recently winning the 2022 Australian Hillclimb Championship Open 4WD at Mt Cotton.
