1984 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT Group A

This is a genuine Group A Fox Body Mustang built and raced by Lawrie Nelson from 1984 - 1992. It has the CAMS Certificate of Description and Historic log book. It most recently raced at the Phillip Island Classic in 6-9 March 2025 and is ready to race now. This is a unique car because it was allowed to run a 9" diff, alloy heads and inlet manifold in 1990 and is the only Fox Body Mustang Group A car allowed those concessions. The car has a small spares package and wheels included. The roll cage has been upgraded to a steel cage. The car has been mechanically restored and setup by Nigel Bolling and is a pleasure to drive.
