1988 Toyota Celica GT4 ST165
Built in 2023 for the Perth to Sydney Classic Rally Tour of the same year. Careful attention to modifications so that vehicle could always be returned to a standard original GT4. Vehicle has never been raced or entered in a timed event only classic rally tours on public roads and has never been crashed or damaged.
Tens of thousands of dollars spent on new and reconditioned components to make vehicle as reliable and refurbished as possible.
Vehicle is in excellent overall condition with nothing to spend. It is also very original with factory leather interior, electric sunroof/windows and climate control. Extremely comfortable and quiet to drive. (small dent in L/H/F guard, from transporter to Perth)
Engine and driveline are also original with the exception of a stainless steel custom exhaust system and dump pipe and Haltech Elite 1500 engine management system. Performance is better than standard but is tuned for for reliability and economy.
Comes with six OZ super light factory TTE 15' wheels and four new Nankang 4WD tyres. Boot area is designed to carry two spare wheels, spare parts and tools for long duration tours. Yakima roof rack system can carry extra fuel and camping gear.
Bolt in half cage and roof rack with Narva LED spot lights and VHF antenna.
Custom made bull bar with Narva LED light bar.
Aluminium underbody protection.
Long travel Ceika custom coil over suspension with Eibach springs.
Original rear seat still installed and has a fridge mounted to one side. Lots of storage areas created for spares and luggage.
VHF 2 way radio and Sony Bluetooth head unit with a 9" screen for navigation and audio books/music. Many USB and Aux power outlets throughout the vehicle.
Also has cruise control, Haltech multifunction display, two fire extinguishers, additional interior lighting, Momo wheel, Quad lock mounts and most importantly cup holders.
This car is super reliable and has finished every tour and transport that we have entered.
Comes with a selection of spare parts including guards, bumper bars, lights, suspension components alternator, starter motor, ignition and fuel components etc.
Reason for selling is that I am currently building a Porsche to do the same events in.
