2003 RS II Roadster MX5 Race Car for sale.
Looks like funds are needed elsewhere. So up for sale is my Race car
• 2003 RSII Eunos Import
• Full Cage with side intrusion protection, everything is stripped out. It is a chassis, engine, cage, seat and steering wheel.
• Tupperware body kit
• Sparco Seat and SAAS Harness.
• 1.8L VVT Engine – full rebuild just late last year with forged internals.
• Custom intake behind front right headlight. Headlight backing removed for cool air.
• 2.5” Custom Exhaust – with o2 sensor. No Cat. AFR Gauge in cockpit
• Adaptronic ECU, professionally tuned by Superior Automotive in Mona Vale. Dyno report available. ECU can be accessed by USB from front seat for engine logging
• AVO Adjust able Coilovers on each corner – refurbish by AVO early last year, damper sheets are available
• Hawk Blue pads front and back.
• 4.1 Torsen LSD
• Power Steering
• Strut Braces front and back – back one is currently removed.
• Elite Racing Control Arms with full adjustability for camber. Great for wet days.
• Large Whiteline antisway bars front and back – new tie rods ends last year.

I have a set of 15x7.5 and a set of 15x8 wheels. You will get 3 sets of tyres. 8 x Yoko AO50 and a setup of Kumho Ecta 70. 8 wheels and 12 tyres. I definitely have 1 spare hub and maybe two in the spares box. I have some extra brake pads as well. I also have been playing with LS1 ignition system – will provide all parts for that as well.
In essence, the car has been well looked after and far too much money has been spent on it. I am a guy with a decent income, and I have kept the car in good nick and had a lot of fun with it. If you go back into NatSoft – you will see a lot of 1.12 on there and John Boston did a low 1.11 in it a few months back on the old v70 Kumho tyres! (no idea how)
I have most of the receipts and service history from the last couple of years as well as some older history I received when I purchased the car in 2017. To get it up to a Group 2B – I have been told to replace the harness with something newer. The rest is ready to go. I think MX5 cup is a bit more lenient on the dates with the harnesses. (pls comment if wrong below)
Looking for $12K for the lot and any spares I have around the workshop. I am happy to organise shipping of the car to anywhere in the country.
