2004 BMW E87 2.0 L.6sp. Man.(TARGA set-up)

Ground up preparation, a car for the genuine mature enthusiast, whilst still road registered, everything is done for entry level competition, apart from safety equipment. New regulations allow you to set safety equipment to suit your level of competition.
Engine carefully rebuilt by a BMW expert with reliability in mind. Entire drivetrain checked and re-installed with semi-solid mounts, BC racing coil-overs all-round with adjustable platforms and adjustable camber. Racing shocks have fine screw knob adjustment front and rear.
Settings to suit smooth tarmac roads. Ideal for the beginner TARGA - DRIVER, (Suggested, competition settings will be provided). Standard BMW wheels with Michelin 205/55ZR16 PILOT SPORT 4 tyres, Ceramic brake pads.
The rear bumper received heat damage whilst testing due to a split muffler: An eliminator pipe fitted; problem solved!
Runs easily on unleaded 98 and goes around corners like the proverbial "white line".
I am a former rally driver and will take a genuinely interested person for a drive. My insurance does not cover other people driving; so please don't ask. (and hoons need not apply).

This car is not a show pony: most paintwork good but has the usual BMW problem of pealing clear coat on roof etc..
A cheap entry into Targa type events.
