I have had the car for 1 year and have only put on less than 2,000km since buying it due to having too many cars and not getting driven enough! Was bought originally to track but plans have changed. A selection of modifications have been done to enhance the car's performance whilst making it reliable.
Has passed RWC when I bought the car, only required a new front windscreen which was replaced at time of the RWC

Mechanically in great condition, no leaks or smoke. Engine in great condition- More powerful K20Z1 engine than the Australian Spec Integra Type R K20A2.
Compression is good
Serviced with new fluids throughout and sparkplugs replaced
Have spare keys
Gearbox is nice, NO crunches or grinds
Cons
Does have wear and tear on exterior, expected from a 19 year old car
Sunfaded panels and clear peeling
Has a bump to the front that doesn't affect the car mechanically, car alignment is still square.
Rear tailight gasket deteriorated (common issue) have pair OEM new gaskets.
