2007 BMW 335i E93 hardtop convertible.
Most of the big mechanical work has been done through TJD Automatics with tuning by Tim Murray.

Selling because I need a ute – will consider swaps for a tidy daily/ute.

3.0L N54 + Simply Tuning single turbo conversion
Custom manifold, exhaust & intake
AC and ABS wiring re-done, engine bay wiring heat wrapped
Mod-plated in QLD for single turbo conversion

Recent mechanical work

Most of this done between ~153–193k:
Complete cooling system overhaul by BMW (water pump & thermostat redone again at 192k for peace of mind)
Transmission overhauled at 155k
New primary O2 sensors, later converted to single O2
Oil filter housing gasket, oil cooler lines, vacuum pump
Head off at 192k: head gasket & bolts, cam ledges, Teflon rings, valve stem seals, full head reco (acid dip, crack/pressure test, skim)
Timing chain overhaul – genuine parts, guides, tensioner, front crank seal, belts, Marsanic crank guard, new OEM crank hub
Intake walnut blast by Port Carbon Cleaning
Brand new index 12 injectors
New stainless braided brake lines, Akebono pads & Zimmermann drilled rotors
New VANOS solenoids & filters

Single turbo manifold and rear housing ceramic-coated for heat management.

Tune / power:
Flex-tuned, 25psi on E85 – around 390–400 kW at the wheels
20psi on 98 – around 300 kW
Tuned by Tim Murray

Currently on ~197,xxx km and drives strong.

Known issues (being up-front):
Boot sensor is broken so it pings, and the roof doesn’t currently operate because of this
Small paint chip on front left of the bar
Left headlight bulb is on the way out

Perfect car for someone who wants a properly sorted single-turbo N54 with the hard work already done.
