Management / Performance

The car has been through a few states of tune from NA, to a couple of different superchargers topping out at 270kw at one stage before it ate the box. This was rectified along with a new ECU and the engine recently built with forged internals. Current spec is as follows:

- Custom tuned to 180kw / 260nm at the wheels @ 8200rpm (can rev to 8500 if required) on 98 octane
- MaxxECU Race standalone ecu (supports DSG / Sequential operation), very powerful and easy to use for road and motorsport
- Custom raychem shielded engine loom with provision for additional sensors if requried
- E85 capable with installed sensor and fuel system

There is a bit to digest here. The car will suit a certain someone who either knows exactly what all this means from a time and cost perspective or wants a vehicle to upgrade for other turbocharging or supercharging given the selected compression and dormant charge cooling system. The advanced ecu supports both power and transmission upgrades (see other parts available at end of thread).

Bought 5 years ago with the sole intention of swapping to Honda power. All works completed at my workshop Underground Performance. I have owned and looked after a lot of Lotus over the years. I wanted the best possible implementation of a Honda powered car in the last Elise chassis. It is a track-focused car for those who know how to drive a mid-engined vehicle and therefore not for the faint hearted.

Good as a road or race car and is VIC registered but not engineered which was my initial plan for converting back to NA. I have some stock parts like airboxes and stock catalyst section included in sale for this activity. There are certainly more things to optimise, which makes for some personalisation / development by the new owner.

Entertaining offers in the $87k range.

Subsequently I also have a new Merc Racing tvs1900 charge cooled supercharger kit ($10k) for sale separately as well as a new Quaife sequential dog box with lsd and shifter with strain gauge available ($16k).

Located in South East Melbourne, viewings welcome.
