Circuit Sports car racing or Hillclimb machine Motorsport Australia Log Book. Multiple class and race winning Ian Davis designed and built race car. Built based around components from a Lotus Elise sports car. Lotus /Toyota 1.8 Litre fuel injected engine with a Subaru WRX Turbo coupled with 6 speed transaxle operated gear box. 2014 -2018 inclusive State Motor Racing Championship winning race car. Car has since had limited use however has maintained to be a front running vehicle up against many sports / clubman race cars including winning against V8 powered sports cars. The engine was freshened up 4 meetings ago with new head including all new top end components.
Clutch is only 3 meetings old, The car has recently been completely upgraded with all new rose joints, suspension arms, springs and shockers, and complete new aluminium spun rims to replace the former steel rims reducing weight. Comes complete with new set of soft Hoosier tyres, 3 spare rear and two front used tyres. There is also a complete set of wets on new rims that have never been used.
