2014 Holden Commodore VF

Ex 888 promo vehicle signed & driven by Craig Lowndes at events around Australia in 2017. Full Team Vortex livery including the same spoilers & wheels as the original race car version. Raffled off by 888 in 2018 (have disposal letter), vehicle since been modified to be as close to a road legal race car as possible while keeping Tasmanian registration.

Original engine was replaced with a new LSA crate motor that was stripped down & rebuilt by Harrop & Sam’s Performance with premium upgrades - top pulley / boost upgrade kit - H02billet camshaft package (aggressive idle with everyday drivability) – PAC racing dual valve spring kit – chromoly pushrods – 5% overdrive - ARP cam & balancer bolts – Harrop air box - 4 into 1 headers with dual 3”exhaust (sounds TAF) - F1 Inter chiller kit - circulating 12L of coolant (ice appears on intercooler pipes) – 20mm lid spacer – brick upgrade / reinforcement – valley blanket - custom oil coolers - custom 6L80E transmission upgrade, built / strengthened to suit high hp & paddle shift (Craigs Automatics) – custom gear selector display - custom transmission cooler – 1000hp axles – Hardy Spicer custom tail shaft – coil overs / springs – V8 Supercar AP Racing rotors & callipers front & rear – Agi half cage / 2 seater with mod plate – Cobra winged race seats – 4pt racing harnesses - custom rear tow point in boot – upgraded alternator & dual batteries w/solenoid for Inter chiller & accessories. Be lots more that I’ve missed.

Currently detuned to keep the tyres on it - at around 500hp on 98Ron /1000cc injectors. Capable of much more with E85 race tune / 1650cc / extra boost. Quality car with huge money spent - full credit to the previous owner for the build. Purpose-built weapon for track performance & everyday reliability. Just as happy with daily cruises & weekend runs as it is doing track days against 500K cars. Sell the trailer & drive to events instead. Highly maintained & very good condition inside & out.

Regretful sale, but the ATO has caught up with me & they want more than I can get for the kids.
