Renault Sport Spider Trophy with full history - one of 20 world wide. The Renault Spider was the first car built by Renault Sport and ran in a one make series over several years as a one make support to many larger championships.and announced the connection of Williams and Renault in motor racing. Of the 100 cars built for homologation most were used in the one make series. This car was delivered new to the UK and used for club track days. In 2007 it was brought to Australia and only took part in 8 events until it was acquired by me in 2018. Since then I have run in the NSW supersprint competition each year. All this,since coming to Australia is recorded in the Cams/Motorsport Australia log book which is up to date. It is log booked as production sports 2B..
It is registered on the official ' International Spider Register ' and would soon by eligible for historic racing..
It is in excellent condition,having had sequential gearbox dogs and clutch replaced and engine freshen up recently.. Engine management is Motec M84 with CDL3 dash logger,shift lights / gear cut and GPS. Two sets wheels wet/dry.
A perfect, unique and collectable serious track car .Great fun to drive and easy to own..
