Turner Ford Mk2
Imported new to Australia by Alec Mildren, raced by John French, Wal Donnelly, Paul Hamilton and many others, the most famous Turner in Australia with extensive racing history. Raced in Historics for the last 22 years with Group O and T C of Ds. Extensively and beautifully restored in the mid 1990s, features highly developed 1600 Ford engine, S/C CR gearbox, LS diff etc.It comes with a virtual truckload of spares incl body moulds, wheels, original w'screen etc and a comprehensive history file, photos, race reports etc. A unique car in Australia but Turners have a large following in the UK and USA through the Turner club who have a huge interest in following the fortunes of the 660 Turners built in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
