In the late 1960’s Sir Jack Brabham retired from international motor racing and bought a Ford dealership on the Hume Highway at Greenacre in Sydney’s west. The Ford XW Falcon GTHO Phase II is arguably the toughest of all the GTHO models Ford made. With all of the 267 examples produced having “solid” 351 4V Cleveland engines, 31 spline Top Loader gearboxes and differentials. Falcon GT enthusiasts would argue that the Phase II is their favourite. This example, restored approximately 15 years ago in its original colour of Diamond White with saddle interior. The Ford Falcon EB GT was released by Ford in 1992 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Falcon GT. Only 265 were produced, 250 of which were delivered in Australia and 15 to New Zealand. This EB GT is one of 36 made in Cobalt Blue with a five-speed manual transmission and is build number 209. This EB GT has only travelled just over 1,500 kilometres.
