Rare 1976 UK Built Mini GT 1275cc Engine number 12h706aah12573 Chassi number xe2d2322461a Highly Original, Matching Numbers Barn find I was lucky enough to come across this beauty recently, and even though I am not interested in restorations, this one was too good to dismiss. This is the car of Werner Rodkin, 3 times Victorian hillclimb champion. It is F5000 layout and size. Uses F5000 wheels and suspension design. It was originally run with Leyland V8 power. It now has twin supercharged drysumped Lexus V8. Makes 500 BHP @ 10,000 rpm Originally ran with Hewland DG300 transaxle. It was borrowed for use in another car and never returned. I was going to use a Ferrari 430 transaxle. I'm prepared to sell it if need be but I'd rather keep it. The DG300 was well
