A true piece of post-war motorsport history, this 1949 Marwyn 500 JAP is believed to be the most original surviving example of its kind anywhere in the world. Built during the formative years of the 500cc Formula, the Marwyn was notable as the first manufacturer (from 1947) to offer a production racing car either fully assembled (£450) or as a kit, powered by J.A.P. motorcycle engines.
