1961 Elfin Zephyr Special. No.14 of the first 23 Elfin's ever made. Built by Noel Heard & Gary Cooper using a 2.6 L Zephyr 6 cylinder motor. Noel raced it in the 1961 Grand Prix. Won many hill climb championships, this is a great piece of Australian motor racing history. Noel completely rebuilt the car in 1998. The car has been used very little since. It is logged as a group M car with many photos & trophies. Sadly, Noel Heard is no longer with us but he was a wealth of information about the car

The KFC Motorsport Cars are renowned and known throughout Australia as being reliable and competitive cars. This particular car won the AM Class of the Motorsport Australia GT Championship in 2022 with Paul Stokell and Gary Higgon. Maintenance wise, the car is completely up to date, with an attitude that when the car is out being used, it is "not to stop!".
