This is a 1970's flat track bike with an OSSA Stilleto TT engine (also refereed to as a Dick Mann TT engine), these motors were produced for American Junior Class Flat Track with around 36 hp, I have had this bike for many years, unfortunately at 70 something I am not brave enought to race this rocket. 1961 Elfin Zephyr Special. No.14 of the first 23 Elfin's ever made. Built by Noel Heard & Gary Cooper using a 2.6 L Zephyr 6 cylinder motor. Noel raced it in the 1961 Grand Prix. Won many hill climb championships, this is a great piece of Australian motor racing history. Noel completely rebuilt the car in 1998. The car has been used very little since. It is logged as a group M car with many photos & trophies. Sadly, Noel Heard is no longer with us but he was a wealth of information about the car
