Great History behind this car 1981 British Formula Atlantic Championship Placed 3rd with Phil Dowsett Driving the car. Competed in the 1981 Macau Grand Prix - Vern Schuppan driving. Car was shipped to Australia in 1982 by Graham Brown. Most recently competed in the Formula Atlantic races in New Zealand at Taupo and Highlands Park. Lotus Elan Series 2 DHC. Car has had the following work recently completed, twim cam engine and head rebuilt. Gearbox and diff fully rebuilt also. New solid rear drive shaft conversion installed along with new front suspension bushes and rebuilt steering rack. Rear hubs rebuilt and uprights fitted with new adjustable Spaz shocks.
