The AMC Javelin is an American front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, two-door hardtop automobile manufactured by American Motors Corporation (AMC) across two generations, 1968 through 1970 and 1971 through 1974 model years. The 1972 model year Javelins featured a new “egg crate” front grille design with a similar pattern repeated on the chrome overlay over the full-width taillights. The AMX version continued with the flush grille. A total of 15 exterior colours were offered with optional side stripes.

This Evo updated Mercedes AMG is a great example. It has proven fast and reliable with a front row qualifying efforts and toping the time sheets many times in 2023. The main loom is still pre-evo spec. ABS M4, EVO brake cooling is in the car and always serviced to HWA mileage recommendations. This car was imported and run by Volante Rosso Motorsport. Chassis #4 was one of the first batch of five cars built. It was completed in early 1992. It was originally white with black signwriting as shown in the 1992 Pro-Sport calendar. Its first owner was Don Farthing and Peter Sneller of Zeus Racing. Don entered the car into LeMans in 1992, and was allocated #62.
