The AC Schnitzer S5 3.0iX is a Schnitzer conversion of a BMW 525 iX This car was built by BMW in RHD (unique for a 525iX) and then underwent the conversion at the UK Schnitzer workshop. The original M50 BMW engine is replaced with a Schnitzer S5 engine which is 3.0 litre and with Schnitzer cams, porting and new manifold and exhaust. This is one of the rarest of the rare Bullet Roadsters. Built as one of the 2 first V8 prototypes prior to the vehicle achieving full Australian compliance. The only one in this colour, a Lamborghini Silver, this Bullet was owned by its creator John Bettini until approximately 2017. It was then bought by a gentleman in Ipswich who sold it to me in 2021.
