Ready to rally, currently on club plates (no more hassle and cost of rally plates or UVPs!)

Excels are known for their reliability and low-cost maintenance, a great way to rally with a great community.

This car has a blue modification plate, which means that it complies with Vicroads for a club permit modified rally car. So you get a RWC, do a club application, and get your club plates so you can drive it like any other club car.

This car is built to an excellent standard, reliability being foremost, with numerous new parts and works done:

Fully Motorsport-Australia logbooked
Reconditioned engine with about 1000 k's on it, bored out to +.50 over with new pistons and rings, recon head
National spec rally Brown-Davis roll cage.
Racetech seats (4100HR)
Plus: Velo seats that are MA compliant and ADR compliant
MA-compliant roll cage padding, plus ADR compliant roll cage padding.
New heavy duty clutch
Plumbed-in fire suppression system, with driver and navigator hand-held extinguishers
Air conditioning (yes!)
Sabelt harnesses, plus new ADR-compliant seatbelts
Rallysafe installed
Fibreglass dash covered in Alcantara, with windscreen demister vents
MCA Gold suspension on all four corners
Excel sport wheels with rally tyres that are in excellent condition
Plus: Road wheels, with good tread (for khanacross, daily driving, etc)
Short shifter with raiser bracket
Electric windows
Replaced windscreen, ie., it is clear and not sandblasted/speckled with age
Aluminium rocker plate covers
Reversing camera with mirror-mounted screen
Stilo WRC intercom wired-in
Carbon fibre roof scoop
Navigator footwell rest (aluminium)
New brakes all round
2 1/4 inch custom exhaust (with high-flow cat and swappable flex joint)
Fuel pressure regulator
Bash plate
Fuel tank protection
Power steering
Light bar, with high-beam relays
Extra GPS antenna (sharkfin)
Relocated AGM battery
Numerous spare parts

Bonus: Another two-door Excel, manual, that I use as my daily driver. Excellent engine, heavy duty clutch, aircon, power steering, roof scoop, panels, etc. We used that one to win the HRA SCC Class C championship a couple of years ago, BTW!

Getting the mod plate was a mission, so the hard work is all done for you. Countless hours of work, and a lot spent, this car is a bargain. You can literally drive this to your next event and send it. And don't underestimate the value of having working airconditioning!

Would consider swapping with i20N
