Please read this advert completely before ringing so you know what this is. This is a 2008 BMW M3 in fantastic condition, it is an English import by the previous owner, who imported the car but without an import approval. As such he was given 3 options by the department of infrastructure, re-export the car, have it crushed, or import it as a race car. As the owner did not have a race car licence, he sold it to me and I imported it as a race car – the vehicle has NEVER been on a race track (YET).

Selling my beloved e46 m3 due to lack of use. Factory manual, with numerous upgrades to turn it into a capable turn key track car, as well as fast road cruiser. Maintenance is fully sorted with the “big 3” done, along with head rebuild and fixing/ replacing anything as it was needed. Paint is good interior is good save for some blemishes. Hollinger H6S Dogbox with Modena 5 gears. Gearbox has recently (Mar 2023) been stripped, inspected, crack tested and re-built by Ivan Taylor at Tailored Motorsport Mechanical Services at a cost of over $9k. The following parts were replaced and are new H6S Sandwich plate, Dog rings, Input gear, 3rd gear and 4th gear along with 3rd and 4th gear splines. All new bearings, bushes and gaskets used.
