This thing started life as a sweet, innocent Mini. Now? It’s been lovingly modified with a shortened WRX subframe. Think backyard motorsport Frankenstein made from a mix of wild decisions and good intentions. Just in time for summer. Built by an Engineer in Hobart between 1997 and 2002, first registered on Full registration in 2002. Engine is Nissan FJ20 Twin Cam, with Wade fast road cams. Also fitted with 2 Weber DCO-SP 48's and custom extractors. Ignition is by modified distributor, mechanical advance only, also fitted with Luminition and adjustable Rev limiter, currently set at a safe 7200rpm. Gearbox is 5 speed and has Limited slip diff.
