It's time for my Humber Speedster project to be passed along to someone who can finish it. I had always wanted a pre-1920’s Speedster but as they don’t suit the highway driving of today I decided to make one from a car that could. The donor car was a ’32 Humber rolling Chassis. 1960 Lotus 18 Formula Junior Frame 987193. body plate 18/J/789 (attached to car). Sold in batch of six too Raper Rodriguez. raced by A Álvarez in 1961 in support race to the 1961 Grand Prix. Copy of race program available. History thereafter hazy but Bill Jowarski , Don Hamilton and Burt Kurtis (1980) seems to have owned/raced in USA.
