1961 Elfin Zephyr Special. No.14 of the first 23 Elfin's ever made. Built by Noel Heard & Gary Cooper using a 2.6 L Zephyr 6 cylinder motor. Noel raced it in the 1961 Grand Prix. Won many hill climb championships, this is a great piece of Australian motor racing history. Noel completely rebuilt the car in 1998. The car has been used very little since. It is logged as a group M car with many photos & trophies. Sadly, Noel Heard is no longer with us but he was a wealth of information about the car

Currently registered in SA Purchased from Bundoora BMW as used in 2022 Aftermarket parts installed and car maintenance by Edge Motorsport Diff, Gearbox oil and filters changed 8000km ago. E46 M3 track car. Used for hill climb, super sprint, time attack (only ever single timed laps rather than multiple laps run at speed). As such it has probably done less time at competitive speed than other race cars do in one meeting (I can provide further details of this on request). The arrival of a family, a house with a big garden to maintain and some family health issues mean I just don’t have the time to commit to it anymore. Car has never been crashed and is still road registrable (obvi
