The Elfin Streamliner chassis number #7 was ordered by Peter Manton of Monaro motors Melbourne in September 1960 (known as the Monaro MG). Garrie Cooper built the car using MGA twin cam part supplied by Peter Manton. The Streamliner used wishbone suspension MGA twin cam wheels and gearbox with a MGA pushrod super charged engine. 2011 Megane RS 265. Bought from auction for wrecking (WOVR), then discovered the car was mechanically fine. Even the A/C works, which is something this car is notorious for. The damage was limited to the front bumper, bonnet and passenger headlight. Passenger headlight was replaced, bumper only has light scuff damage and was refitted and the bonnet was replaced.
