This BMW race car was built to a very high standard by Karl Begg in 2016, and then subsequently maintained and improved by Garth Walden and his gun team at GWR Australia continuously since my purchase from KB in 2017. Car has had an easy run under my ownership, competing only in the NSW PTC state championship from 2018 through to 2023 - with reduced appearances in the Covid affected years. Won B2 Class and second in the club championship in NSW PTC 2023. Very quick car in the right hands.

The journey of building his own car began by hiring moulds for the body from Arivetts in the USA and when his body was ready had extensive wind tunnel testing performed at the RAAF Edinburgh base.
