HISTORIC FORMULA FORD BUILT IN 1969. This pretty looking car was built by Brian Andrew an ex Chequered Flag mechanic and raced successfully by him in the inaurgural Formula Ford race in Australia. It was imported into New Zealand by Michael Pearse who raced it here in 1970/71. After Michael's ownership the car passed into the hands of a couple of chaps who used it for club events. It has been in my ownership since 1985. Probably the least raced F.F. In the country it even has the original

Australian constructed 1961 Jolus FJ. Raced successfully from December 1961-1963 in the Australian FJ Championship by Paul Bolton. It comes with a detailed history including Log Books for Motor Sport Australia and new FIA HTP 2D (expires 31-12-33) The car has aluminium drum brakes and a high horsepower Ford steel FJ motor that has a dry sump and a Farndon crankshaft installed. It drives through a VW/Hewland style tunnel 4 speed gearbox and is suitable for a tall driver and is race ready. It
