1960 Lotus 18 Formula Junior Frame 987193. body plate 18/J/789 (attached to car). Sold in batch of six too Raper Rodriguez. raced by A Álvarez in 1961 in support race to the 1961 Grand Prix. This car is a BMW M8 (original e31) tribute car. It is a RHD race car which was rebuilt from an 850CSi originally raced in the UK Substantially upgraded, repainted to ‘Hellrot’ and rebuild by RaceFx at Hampton Downs over two years, to replicate the unique e31 M8. Full cost of makeover at $300K+ ( not including the cost of the car).
