Just in time for summer. Built by an Engineer in Hobart between 1997 and 2002, first registered on Full registration in 2002. Engine is Nissan FJ20 Twin Cam, with Wade fast road cams. Also fitted with 2 Weber DCO-SP 48's and custom extractors. Ignition is by modified distributor, mechanical advance only, also fitted with Luminition and adjustable Rev limiter, currently set at a safe 7200rpm. Gearbox is 5 speed and has Limited slip diff. This 2012 Megane RS265 car was purpose built for Tarmac Rallying in Targa Tasmania by Renault Australia. Built from new the Renault Race team spec'd engine, suspension, brakes, internal, cage and comms.
